The U section has been designed by specialists in applied psychology; taking it out of the classroom and bringing it to life, harnessing evidence-based psychological principles to empower U to make stable and long-lasting changes.

We use industry standard fitness tests to assess your physical capabilities, whilst our AI technology creates your tailored fitness program.
There are thousands of guided exercise videos within our database, advice from our physiologists and progression tracking to bring out your best, whether you're at home or in the gym.
We do the thinking for you. Follow your bespoke plan with daily meals, recipe videos, nutritional information and inspiration to keep you loving what you eat and feeling good from the inside out.
We make it easy for you to log and track your intake, whilst we do the maths with our macronutrient and calorie calculators. There is access to a library of over 500 original recipes (and growing!), developed by our in-house chefs and analysed by our nutritionists. Each recipe includes a guided video to show you how to cook it, an ingredient list and a written method to guide you.
