Founded in 2017, Jonple has from its very beginning been focused on the science and psychology behind health and fitness and how it can be used to create long-term solutions to help people live healthy.
Spotting a gap in the market, Jonple’s co-founders wanted to create a unique service that cuts through the fads and short-term focus of most health and fitness programs. Their vision was of a service built upon three distinct but linked areas; nutrition, fitness and psychology.
With the help of experts in each area, the team worked to create a specialist app that is customised to the specific needs of each user. Every fitness and nutrition program is unique to the requirements of each individual and is underpinned by an understanding of the psychology behind motivation and decision-making.
By underpinning health and fitness with psychological insight, Jonple is able to guide users around the decisions they make and help them understand what drives them, what can help them achieve the targets they hope to reach and identify how they can manage the roadblocks they may reach along the way.
Add in unique body scanning technology that uses a smartphone’s camera to scan in and measure each user, and the team developed something truly new in the market.
After three years of development, Jonple was launched in July 2020.
Jonple’s journey never ends, however, with a roadmap of new features and innovations ensuring it remains a leading health, fitness and psychology platform long into the future.
