To join Jonple and begin your health and fitness journey, the first thing you need to do is subscribe either here on our website or by downloading the app from your app store.
First you need to fill out a short profile, which includes age, gender, height and weight.
You can then choose one of three subscription options.

We assess your fitness before allocating a program suitable for your ability, body shape, age and goals. You get regular feedback on how your progress and as your fitness improves, your program will change to help you move on and continue your fitness journey.
If you don’t like or don’t think you can do an exercise that has been allocated to you, you can just swap it out for an alternative that will help you make an equivalent contribution to your goal.
Jonple is for use wherever you are. When working out at the gym, we will give you support on which weights to use according to your ability and goals.
Jonple has a program for everyone from 18 and above, regardless of your current fitness level or experience. A 21 year old beginner will be given a different program to a 60 year old beginner.
We understand how tough it can sometimes seem, which is why we work with you to break your fitness plan down into smaller goals to help you stay motivated, as well as providing psychological support through the U section.
