We assess your current fitness level and nutrition requirements and create a plan shaped to your needs with the aim of helping you reach your desired goal.

I struggle to stick to workout plans

We understand how tough it can sometimes seem, which is why we work with you to break your weight loss plan down into smaller goals to help you stay motivated.

What if I don’t like an exercise that has been allocated in my planner?

If you don’t like or don’t think you can do an exercise that has been allocated to you, you can just swap it out for an alternative that will help you make an equivalent contribution to your goal.

Will this be right for my age?

Jonple has a program for everyone from 18 and above, regardless of your current fitness level or experience. A 21 year old beginner will be given a different program to a 60 year old beginner.

Can I use Jonple at the gym or is it just for a home workout?

Jonple can be used wherever you are, with exercises for both the gym and at home.

Will Jonple be right for me?
